To Participate in Chess Competition at Ibadah Padang on Monday, July 4th, 2022,

(maximum is 16 participants at 8 chess tables).
If more than 16 people registered, they would be in the waiting list. If there is any cancellation, the waiting list will be contacted and included to participate on the first-come first-served basis

Please see below the sample of tournament bracket. There would be 16 players at 8 chess tables with total of 4 rounds and each round is 5 minutes and the total of the whole tournament is 20 minutes. So after each round, the winners will continue to the next round until there are winners for the first place, second place and third place.
For example :
On Round 1, there are 16 players and after Round 1 is concluded, the total players will be 8 players.
Then they will continue to Round 2, and after Round 2 is concluded, the total players will be 4 players. Then they will continue to Round 3, and after Round 3 is concluded, the total players will be 2 players.
Then they will continue to Final Round 4 which will determine the First Place and Second Place.
In the meantime, the players who competed on Round 3, but cannot win to the Final, they will compete for the Third place.
